Is it permissible to marry with a false contract for the purpose of leaving a non-Muslim country, in accordance with the rule "necessities permit the forbidden," in order to spare children corruption and protect them from the influence of non-Muslim society?

May Allah reward you for your diligence concerning your religion and the religion of your children. A woman is a guardian in her husband's house and is responsible for her charge. It is incumbent upon you to emigrate from those lands for safety. As for a fictitious contract that does not meet the conditions of a valid contract (offer, acceptance, guardian, witnesses), it is a lie and a falsehood that should not be resorted to except out of necessity or a closely related need. If this contract is the only way to emigrate, then there is no harm in it.
