Is it permissible to marry a young man who will make me live outside my country for a period, given that I have read Hadiths prohibiting emigration?

Marriage is a provision (from God), and there is no religious impediment for a woman or her guardian to seek a righteous husband, or for a woman to offer herself in marriage to a man she desires, within the bounds of Islamic etiquette. If the young man is righteous, religious, and of good character, there is no harm in marrying him, even if he will leave the country and reside in his own country after marriage, or if he will marry and then leave her in her country. It is the wife's right that her husband not be absent from her for more than six months without her permission, and she may stipulate before the marriage contract that he not take her out of her country. However, if he wishes to marry her and move with her to a disbelieving country, it is not advisable to marry him due to the danger of residing in lands of disbelief, especially for children.
