Do fattening injections for the face and cheek implants provide the same effect as fattening vitamins?

Operations for cheek implants or the use of fattening injections to enlarge or reduce parts of the body for the mere purpose of improving appearance by using enlarging injections that infuse liquids or fats into an organ, or implanting substances into it, are not permissible, as this is altering the creation of Allah. However, if they are for removing deformities or completing the functions of an organ, then there is no objection to them. It is permissible to enlarge an organ (fatten it) through nourishing injections or vitamins, provided they do not have a mass that directly enlarges the organ, so that natural growth occurs due to the nutrients. Any operation that results in harm to health or the body is forbidden.
