Is it permissible to perform a procedure of injecting (plumping) the cheeks by taking fat from anywhere in the body and injecting it into the face?

The basic rule concerning cosmetic surgeries that alter human creation is prohibition. They are not permissible except for medical treatment cases and cases involving the removal of defects or disfiguring deformities. It appears that the aforementioned procedure falls under the category of impermissible beautifying cosmetic surgery, intended to improve appearance and form without a necessity or need that necessitates surgery.
