1. What is the validity of the opinion that gives me the choice between fasting and feeding in expiation for an oath, and is fasting sufficient if I am able to feed? 2. What is the ruling on seminal emission during the day in Ramadan while sleeping in the aforementioned situation, and what is incumbent upon me if I do not remember the details of the intention to induce it or to make up the day? 3. Is my repentance invalidated by repeatedly abandoning prayer and then returning to Islam, and are the expiation for an oath and the fidyah for delaying Ramadan waived due to this apostasy? 4. What is the most preponderant opinion regarding making up intentionally missed prayers?

If you have broken oaths and do not know their number, you must err on the side of caution and act upon what you believe to be most likely, then expiate them by feeding ten poor persons, clothing them, or freeing a slave. If you are unable to do so, then fast three days for each oath. However, if the multiple oaths were concerning a single matter and you did not expiate the first, then one expiation suffices. But if the oaths differed in the subject sworn upon, then each oath requires its own expiation. The evidence for this is the saying of Allah the Almighty: "Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is unintentional in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for what you intended of oaths. So its expiation is the feeding of ten poor persons from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find [or afford it] - then a fast of three days. That is the expiation for oaths when you have sworn. And guard your oaths. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be grateful."
