Is my prayer at home accepted as long as I am unable to pray in congregation due to involuntary flatulence?

We ask Allah to grant you healing and well-being, and we advise you to strive diligently in seeking a cure for this ailment so that you may attend Jumu'ah and congregational prayers without discomfort. We also advise you to be patient with the affliction that has befallen you, for in your patience there is much good. Furthermore, if your presence at the mosque causes harm to the worshippers, then you are excused from attending Jumu'ah and congregational prayers. However, if you can attend in a way that no one is harmed, then do so.
