If a person takes al-Fitr while not being among those eligible for it, he has wronged himself and taken the right of another. He must return it. If he then uses a portion of it to pay his own Zakat al-Fitr, there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding this; the preponderant view is that it is not valid. The usurper's disposal of usurped money is not valid, such as paying zakat from it, because it is a null and rejected act.
