Am I obligated to continue paying my father, knowing that I previously recovered the amount from him due to feeling wronged and needing it, and am I sinful for recovering this amount?

A son must willingly spend his money for his father, in return for his kindness. It is stated in the Hadith: "You and your wealth belong to your father." Nevertheless, a father must be just among his children, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Fear Allah and be just among your children." If you have repaid the amount, you have done well, for "the hand that takes is responsible until it repays." And if the money is rightfully yours, then returning it is an act of piety, for a servant does not reach true piety until he abandons what is permissible for fear of falling into what is harmful.
