What is the authenticity of the Hadith: "Whoever has three children and does not name one of them Muhammad, he has indeed been ignorant," which appears in Musnad Al-Harith bin Abi Usamah?

The hadith was narrated by Al-Tabarani from Ibn Abbas, with an elevated chain (marfu‘), and it includes Mus'ab bin Sa'id, who is weak. Al-Albani mentioned that it is fabricated (mawdu‘), and Ibn al-Jawzi included it in his book on fabricated hadiths (Al-Mawdu'at).
