What is the Sharia ruling on a wife divorcing her current husband to return to her former husband who divorced her with three pronouncements?

A woman's marriage without her guardian's consent is invalid.

Problems in marital understanding can be resolved, and disobedience (such as communicating with another man) may be a reason for deprivation of sustenance and goodness.

It is not permissible for a woman to request a divorce except for a valid reason, and requesting it without a reason is forbidden by شرعًا (Islamic law).

It is forbidden for a man to corrupt a woman against her husband; such a corrupting person is deficient in faith and sinful.
