Is there a specific supplication to be recited in prostration? And is the supplication, "O Turner of hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion," one of them? And what is its completion?

There are many dhikrs and supplications (du'as) that are recited during prostration (sujud), including: "Glorified are You, O Allah, our Lord, and praised be You; O Allah, forgive me," and "Subbuh, Quddus, Rabb al-Mala'ikah wa al-Ruh (Glorified, Most Holy, Lord of the Angels and the Spirit)," and "O Allah, to You I have prostrated, in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted. My face has prostrated to the One Who created it and fashioned it, and gave it its hearing and sight. Blessed is Allah, the Best of Creators," and "Glorified are You and praised be You; there is no god but You," and "O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your wrath, and in Your forgiveness from Your punishment, and I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot enumerate Your praises; You are as You have praised Yourself," and "O Allah, forgive all my sins, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the apparent and the hidden," and "Subhana Rabbiyal-A'la (Glorified is my Lord, the Most High)" three times. As for the supplication "Ya Muqallib al-Qulub, thabbit qalbi 'ala dinik (O Turner of hearts, keep my heart firm on Your religion)," there is no explicit text stating that the Prophet (peace be upon him) recited it in prostration. However, there is no harm for one who recites it in prostration, because prostration is a place for supplication, and it is the closest a servant can be to his Lord.
