Does a triple divorce occur if a husband says to his wife: "tu es dévorcée" three times in French, intending thereby divorce?

Haste in uttering divorce is a grave mistake, and one must guard their tongue from it. A person in anger has three states:

1. Slight anger that does not affect one's will: The divorce is valid and takes effect.

2. Severe anger that causes loss of consciousness: The divorce does not take effect.

3. Severe anger that affects one's will without loss of consciousness: The preponderant opinion is that it does not take effect, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "There is no divorce and no manumission in ighlaq." And ighlaq refers to duress and severe anger.

If a man says to his wife: "You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced," or says: "You are thrice divorced," it counts as one divorce.
