Should one object to those who use the phrase "university sanctuary" (haram al-jami'ah), intending it to mean the university's perimeter wall and everything within it?

The word root (haram) denotes prohibition. Accordingly, the phrase "haram al-jami'ah" (the sacred precinct of the university), intending the university's walls and what they encompass, is correct and there is no objection to it.
