What is the degree of authenticity of the Hadith: "Indeed, Allah has ninety-nine names — one hundred less one — whoever enumerates them will enter Paradise; He is Witr (Odd) and loves witr"?

The narration enumerating the Beautiful Names (al-Asma al-Husna) is not authentically attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. It has been declared weak by scholars of Hadith, including al-Tirmidhi, Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn al-Qayyim, Ibn Kathir, and al-San'ani. They mentioned that the enumeration of the names in the hadith is an interpolation (mudraj), and that no authentic hadith specifies the ninety-nine names. Its weakness has also been previously affirmed by Ibn Hazm, Ibn al-Arabi, al-Dawudi, and al-Albani.
