The discharge of urine after ghusl does not harm their purity. If the urinary incontinence stops, they should perform wudu (ablution) and pray with complete purity. If the urinary discharge continues, they should wash the impure area, protect themselves from the urine, then perform wudu and pray. The discharge of urine during wudu or prayer will not harm them, and they are permitted to combine two prayers.
