What is the ruling on speaking with one's fiancée online and seeing her via camera, and what are the limits thereof?

If the aforementioned legitimate contract was concluded with its conditions, then conversation and seeing each other via the internet or phone are permissible, because she has become his wife. However, if what took place was merely an agreement between the families and the recitation of Al-Fatiha, without witnesses, offer and acceptance, and the rest of the contract's conditions, then she is still a stranger (non-mahram). In this case, it is permissible to speak with her via the internet only as needed, bearing in mind that a suitor is allowed to see his fiancée with the intention of marriage, but if consent is given (and the marriage is not yet contracted), it becomes impermissible for him to see her (in private or without necessity).
