Is the phrase "My darling, go – and may God be with you" considered an ambiguous divorce statement if the intention was wavering while saying it, and does divorce occur with such a statement without the intention of divorce?

The aforementioned statement does not constitute a divorce, as it is not an explicit declaration of divorce, nor did you intend divorce by it. What you mentioned is a mere whisper (waswasa) that has no consequence. Doubt about divorce does not bring it into effect, because the original state is the continuation of the marriage.

Al-Majd Ibn Taymiyyah says: "If there is doubt about divorce, or about its condition, it is built upon the certainty of marriage."

Therefore, disregard these whispers and do not pay attention to them, and beware of dwelling on them.
