How can worldly matters and religious matters be combined so that neither distracts from the other?

The worldly life can be connected to religion by following the correct methodology of Islam, balancing the rights of Allah, oneself, and family, and transforming worldly actions into acts of worship by having sincere intention and devotion to Allah Almighty. For Allah Almighty said: "But seek, through that which Allah has given you, the home of the Hereafter; and [yet], do not forget your share of the world." The Prophet (peace be upon him) also indicated this by saying: "Indeed, your Lord has a right over you, and your soul has a right over you, and your family has a right over you. So, give each one who has a right, his right." Furthermore, a Muslim's immersion in obedience is commendable as long as it does not lead to neglecting a right, for whoever has the Hereafter as their primary concern, the worldly life will come to them willingly.
