Are things that have become impure from prostatic fluid (madhiy) considered pure, given the difficulty of purifying them, whether due to a previous obsessive-compulsive disorder (waswas) or the hardship of purification, based on the opinion of those who consider madhiy pure or the rule "hardship brings ease"?

The cure for intrusive thoughts (waswas) is to ignore and turn away from them. The impurity of pre-seminal fluid (madhiy) is almost universally agreed upon, and purifying it is easy; sprinkling water on it is sufficient. Anything whose impurity is doubted is presumed pure, and if something has been washed and you then doubt its purity, rule it pure to ward off the intrusive thoughts. It is not necessary to wash something contaminated with pre-seminal fluid except for prayer, and pouring water over it once is sufficient to purify it.
