Is it permissible, Islamically and ethically, for an employee to set their phone to make a woman's voice say, "You've got a message" in English, so that everyone in the department hears it every time they receive a message?

"The ruling on a woman's voice and making it heard to men or their listening to it has been previously clarified, and that good manners are an integral part of the Shari'ah. Whatever constitutes good manners is encouraged by the Shari'ah, and whatever is the opposite is condemned by the Shari'ah; as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'I was sent only to perfect noble character.'"
