What is the ruling on a husband forcing his wife to prepare a feast for his friends despite her exhaustion and refusal?

Regarding a wife serving her husband's guests, there is a difference of opinion among scholars. The Malikis believe that serving guests is not obligatory, even if they deem her service to her husband obligatory. Meanwhile, some scholars believe that serving guests is obligatory within reasonable bounds. Ibn Uthaymin pointed out that treating each other with kindness requires the husband not to burden his wife with serving guests. However, if he insists, it is proper for her to obey him, and she will be rewarded if she becomes tired due to a valid excuse.
