Is the reward for a worshiper in other mosques recorded if he is compelled to leave Makkah, by analogy with the Hadith: "Indeed, a deed is recorded for a servant if he falls ill or travels"?

The multiplication of the reward for prayer is specific to the Sacred Mosque (Masjid al-Haram), the Prophet's Mosque, and Al-Aqsa Mosque due to their virtue. And whoever intends to perform a good deed but is prevented from it, he will be rewarded for his intention.
