What is the ruling on the Hajj of one who rubbed against women during Tawaf Al-Ifadah and Sa'i without ejaculation, then repented and turned to Allah?

A man's intention to rub against women is forbidden, especially during Hajj. However, Allah's mercy is greater, so he must repent. Allah forgives all sins and loves those who repent. His Hajj is valid by the consensus of jurists; nothing invalidates it except sexual intercourse. He should praise Allah for enabling him to repent and should not worry or despair.
