Is it permissible for a woman in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) to breastfeed her child?

A woman in a state of janabah (major ritual impurity) is permitted to breastfeed her child or any other child. A person in a state of janabah is like anyone else in all matters, except for what the Shariah has prohibited, such as prayer and touching the Mus'haf (Qur'an). Breastfeeding is not among these prohibitions. Had there been any restriction concerning it, the Lawgiver would have clarified it.
