How can a 22-year-old man who does not pray and commits grave sins such as fornication, sodomy, and consorting with girls, repent with a sincere repentance acceptable to God, and will marriage rectify his situation?

One must hasten with sincere repentance from all sins and transgressions, such as abandoning adultery, establishing prayer at its appointed time, feeling deep remorse for what has passed, and resolving not to return to error. For repentance erases what came before it, and "the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin." Moreover, Allah transforms the evil deeds of the repentant into good deeds. Allah the Almighty says: "Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous deeds. For them Allah will change their evil deeds into good deeds. And Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful." It is recommended to marry and choose a righteous wife, as this is one of the most important means for attaining chastity and guarding one's private parts, and to seek good company that helps one in doing good.
