What is the authenticity of this chain of narration: "'An 'Urwah ibn Ruwaym, he told me, al-Ansari, from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace"? And what is the refutation of those who consider the narration weak due to 'Urwah being known for frequent mursal narrations and al-Ansari being unknown? And is he a Companion or a Tabi'i?

Urwah is a trustworthy narrator transmitting from Jabir and others. Sheikh Al-Albani authenticated the chain of a hadith in Abu Dawud that includes Urwah, and he quoted Ibn Hajar, who stated that Urwah heard it from Abu Kabshah, which makes the chain sound (sahih) or good (hasan). Al-Suyuti quoted Ibn Hajar, confirming that Abu Kabshah al-Anmari is the Companion mentioned in the hadith, and that the chain does not fall below the degree of good (hasan), especially with the presence of other corroborating reports (shawahid). Therefore, the hadith is sound (sahih) through these chains and corroborating reports. Scholars have criticized Ibn al-Jawzi for including it in "Al-Mawduat" (The Fabricated Hadiths).
