What is Salatul Tasabih, how is it performed, and is it considered an innovation (bid'ah), especially with the discussions surrounding the effect of counting tasbihat on the worshiper's concentration?

We have previously issued fatwas regarding the ruling on Salatul-Tasabih (the Prayer of Glorifications) and how to perform it. The questioner may refer to them. As for the claim that Salatul-Tasabih was legislated in this specific manner to alert the worshiper, we are not aware of anyone who has made such a statement. The worshiper must be attentive and present in heart during all prayers, for humility (khushu') is the spirit of prayer.
