How can one get rid of the problem of looking at foreign women, especially with the repeated falling into this sin after every resolve to abandon it?

Casting one's gaze upon forbidden things causes discord and corrupts hearts, while lowering it preserves one's chastity and rectifies the heart. This can be achieved by seeking Allah's help, striving against one's lower self, avoiding places of temptation, and strengthening faith by associating with the righteous and attending gatherings of knowledge and remembrance, along with frequent seeking of forgiveness and supplication. Whenever a person falls into forbidden looking, they must repent, and their repentance is accepted, even if it is repeated.
