Is cauterizing a cervical ulcer included in the cauterization forbidden in the Hadith: "They are those who do not seek Ruqyah nor do they cauterize?"

Cauterization is mentioned in hadiths as being forbidden, and there are narrations indicating that seeking cauterization is contrary to reliance on Allah (tawakkul (definition)). However, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cauterized some of his companions. Scholars reconciled these hadiths by explaining that his action indicates permissibility, but refraining from it is preferable. The prohibition is either for elective cauterization or for a type that is not needed. The most apparent explanation is that the cauterization contrary to reliance on Allah is the cauterization of a healthy person to prevent illness. As for cauterizing a diseased limb, it does not contradict reliance on Allah, but it is disliked unless no other treatment is available or the cauterization is painless. Cauterization of the cervix is not included in the forbidden cauterization nor does it contradict reliance on Allah, because it is a treatment for an ailment, and it is not cauterization of a healthy organ. There is no objection to it, especially if it is painless.
