Is the cauterization of a cervical ulcer included in the cauterization forbidden in the Hadith: "Seventy thousand of my Ummah will enter Paradise without reckoning: they are those who do not seek Ruqyah, do not get cauterized, do not believe in omens, and upon their Lord they rely"?
