Did Allah mention the hypocrites' sayings: "They are those who say, 'Do not spend on those who are with the Messenger of Allah until they disperse,'" and "They say, 'If we return to Al-Madinah, the more honorable [element] will surely expel therefrom the meaner,'" verbatim or in meaning?
