It is not permissible to show favoritism between children in gifts based on their piety or disobedience, nor is it permissible to neglect the obligatory financial support for a son due to his disobedience.
As for equality between a daughter and her mother, it is not necessary; it is permissible to give the daughter more than what is given to the mother. And if the wife is disobedient (nashiz), she is not entitled to financial support at all.
