What is the ruling on the phrase "I swear by divorce" if it was almost uttered without confirmation of whether it was uttered or not? And is the condition based on it, "If I put on the tape, I will remove it," considered a single condition that ends upon its fulfillment, or does it repeat with the repetition of the action? And does "if" imply repetition, or does it differ from "whenever"?

If you utter an oath of divorce, you have fulfilled your oath, and no divorce has occurred, and your oath has been dissolved. Therefore, do not break it by the repeated occurrence of the condition. There is nothing in the conditional particles used in divorce that necessitates repetition except for "كلما" (whenever). It appears that the entire matter is nothing but whispers (waswās) that have no consequence. So, turn away from them, seek Allah's help, and take the necessary steps to treat them.
