I am 16 years old and want to learn manhood, so how do I learn it?

True manhood is manifested in several qualities, among them: that a young man be among the people of the mosques, steadfast in religion, supportive of the دعوت and working for the religion of Allah, adorned with chivalry, high aspirations, and noble character, and bearing responsibilities. A young man is encouraged to seek beneficial knowledge and to frequently read the biography of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and of the Companions and the Successors.
