Is the tea fermentation process mentioned in the magazine article considered unlawful (haram)?

Fermentation of tea is a process of oxidizing its leaves by exposing them to oxygen for 3 hours, and it is not intoxicating fermentation. Green tea is not exposed to oxidation, while red (black) tea is made by exposing the leaves to oxygen to make them darker. If the oxidation is partial, we get semi-fermented tea (Oolong). This process is not forbidden, and Sheikh Ibn Baz affirmed that the claim that tea is forbidden because it is an intoxicant has no basis.
