The answer

The hair growing on the eyebrow bone above the eyes is not permissible to remove, whether it is dense or not. As for the hair between the eyebrows, or at the edges of the eyebrow, or below it, descending from the bone, this is permissible to remove and does not fall under namṣ (plucking).

A distinction is made between removing eyebrow hair by plucking, which is forbidden and considered a grave sin, because it is from the namṣ whose doer is cursed, and trimming or shaving it, which is a matter of dispute, and it is better to avoid it. As for unusual hair that grows in places where it is not customary, such as a mustache or hair on the cheek, it is permissible to remove it because it disfigures a woman.
