If you are unable to perform ablution (Wudu') or face the Qibla by yourself and find someone to assist you with that, then it becomes obligatory upon you, and you are permitted to combine two prayers. However, if you do not find anyone to assist you, then perform Tayammum and pray in your current state, for Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity.
