Is it obligatory for a patient in the intensive care unit to make up the prayers he missed over a period of three days due to his inability to perform ablution (wudu') or dry ablution (tayammum) or face the Qiblah?

What the questioner mentioned about this person's condition, we ask Allah for his recovery. His ruling is that of one who has lost both means of purification (water and soil). So he prays according to his ability and is not burdened with more than that. The prayer does not fall away from him as long as he is conscious, understands, and comprehends.
