Will the smoker's good deeds be given to the non-smoker on the Day of Resurrection if the smoker smoked in his presence, in exchange for the harm that befell him?

Smoking in front of others increases its sinfulness and intensifies its prohibition for two reasons: First, it is an open transgression, and those who openly transgress will not be forgiven. Second, it is an injustice to others due to the harm it causes them. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade causing harm and reciprocating harm, and warned against injustices that are taken from one's good deeds or burdened with the bad deeds of others.
