Is it true that Gabriel extracted the evil clot from the Prophet's heart during the splitting of his chest?

The heart that pumps blood is not what is referred to in the religious texts. The splitting of the Prophet's chest, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and the removal of the 'alaqah (clot) from it is an unseen matter that occurred twice: once in his childhood in Mecca, where the devil's 'alaqah was removed, and once on the night of Al-Mi'raj (Ascension), where his heart was washed and filled with wisdom and faith. This 'alaqah is a piece of clotted blood, said to be the part susceptible to whispers (waswas) and desires, and it was removed from him to assist him against his devil and to grant him infallibility.
