We have not come across the mentioned hadith, but it is narrated in Bukhari that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, stood up for a funeral procession that passed by him. He was told that it was for a Jew, whereupon he said: "Was it not a soul?"
Bukhari also narrated that a Jewish boy used to serve the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. When the boy fell ill, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, visited him and invited him to Islam, so he embraced Islam. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, then left saying: "Praise be to Allah who saved him from the Fire."
