If a woman miscarries, is she required to name the fetus?

Scholars differed concerning the ruling on naming a miscarried fetus (siqt). The Malikis consider it disliked if it did not cry out upon birth, while the Shafi'is and Hanbalis consider it desirable to name it. The opinion of Abu Hanifa and his student differed. Some scholars cited the hadith, "Name your miscarried fetuses, for they are your predecessors (salaf)," but Al-Albani declared it weak.
