Is zakat on crops obligatory for the fruits of a grape garden if its yield is insufficient to cover the installment of a loan taken with it as collateral for building a house?

Zakat is obligatory on agricultural produce when it reaches the Nisab (minimum taxable amount), such as dates, grapes, and rice. According to the preponderant opinion, debt does not exempt one from Zakat. It must be paid even if the remaining wealth after Zakat is insufficient to cover an installment.
