The answer

"Madhī" (pre-seminal fluid) and "Wadī" (thick white discharge) are impure substances that necessitate istinjā’ (washing the private parts), wudu’ (ablution), and washing whatever parts of the clothes or body they have stained. Intentionally performing prayer with clothes that have impurity invalidates it, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Prayer is not accepted without purification," and this includes purification from both minor ritual impurity (ḥadath) and actual impurity (khabath).
