Is it permissible to return a wife to the marital bond six months after a previous return, given the doubt concerning the nature of the anger at the time the divorce was uttered?

The jurisprudential opinion (fatwa) states that the wife returns to her husband, and one divorce is counted, as long as the husband was aware and not overcome by mental incapacity at the time of uttering the divorce. Divorce is valid from one who was angry but did not completely lose his mind.
