The answer

We have previously mentioned that attaching artificial eyelashes is a form of hair extension, which is prohibited. If the eyelashes are attached to the inner part of the eye, their presence does not affect ablution (wudu'), because the inner parts of the eye are not obligatory to wash during wudu' or ghusl (ritual bath). However, if they are attached to the part that becomes visible when the eye is closed and they prevent water from reaching the skin, then purification is not valid in their presence. But if they are light and do not prevent water from reaching the skin, then purification is valid with them.
