Is it permissible to adopt the view of Abu Hanifa regarding the non-requirement to make up missed prayers if they exceed five for someone who was unconscious, in order to دفع الحرج (avert hardship)?

Making up prayers for someone who fainted is a matter of disagreement among scholars. The Shafi'is and Malikis are of the opinion that it is not obligatory to make them up. The Hanbalis hold that it is obligatory to make them up in all cases. The Hanafis maintain that making them up is obligatory if the unconsciousness lasted for five prayers or less; but if it exceeded that, then the obligation to make up all of them is waived. The most preponderant view is that there is no obligation to make up prayers missed due to unconsciousness, and this is a strong and chosen opinion among a group of Hanbalis.

However, if prayer is intentionally abandoned, then making it up is obligatory according to the four Imams.
