Is it permissible to designate a place for Ruqyah Shariah and Hijama in exchange for money, and what is the best course of action if one has another job, and should one stop Ruqyah if it is not permissible to designate a place for it?

It is permissible, according to Islamic law, to receive payment for performing ruqyah (Islamic exorcism/healing). Indeed, the Companions received payment for performing ruqyah on someone who had been stung, using Surat Al-Fatihah, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, approved of their action. It is also permissible to treat with ruqyah using water and oil, although direct ruqyah on the patient is preferable. There is no objection to opening a private clinic for ruqyah and cupping, and this work can be combined with any other work. The raqi (one who performs ruqyah) should be pious towards Allah, lenient with people, remind them that healing is in the hands of Allah, and advise them to repent.
