Do the actions related to protecting oneself from Satan, as mentioned in the hadiths, continue to be applicable in Ramadan, despite the devils being chained therein?

Maintaining the deeds mentioned in the hadiths is important, because the most beloved deeds to Allah are the most consistent ones. Ramadan is a month for increasing good deeds, not for abandoning what was done previously. There is no evidence from the Lawgiver that these deeds are to be performed exclusively outside Ramadan; rather, the commands were general, thus including Ramadan and other months.
