Is it permissible to place a stone inscribed with the ذكر (remembrance/invocation) "ما شاء الله" (Mā Shāʾ Allāh - What God Wills) on the facade of a house, if this stone forms part of the house's foundation, such that whoever ascends to the roof feels as though they have stepped on the ذكر?

Writing Quranic verses on walls is disliked by the majority of scholars, and some have even forbidden it, due to the distraction it causes and the occasional disrespect it entails for the word of Allah, and because it is an innovation not practiced by the predecessors. As for sitting on the roof of a house whose wall has something of the Quran written on it, there is no harm in it, and it is not considered trampling upon it. This feeling is a form of waswasa (whispers/obsessive thoughts) that should be ignored.
